I have nothing but praise for Luke! Luke was not only VERY helpful and efficient, he was also very patient in answering all my questions and clarifying my doubts. Being someone who has just started her teaching career, navigating the vast world of schools and teaching jobs can be confusing, if not daunting. He has helped me feel a sense of confidence and reassurance moving forward in the process despite the challenges and he continues to professionally advise me now when other opportunities arise. He is always very thorough during our phone calls as he genuinely seeks to understand the type of candidate I am, my beliefs as a teacher, and my strengths in order to find what’s best for me. The devil works hard, but Luke works harder!

Mr. Luke Rees was a mature professional, not promising and forgetting about it immediately, but acting w/o promising, which was quite of a novelty among the heap of UK recruiters.
His communication was objective, swift, and concise, w/o being pushy or pretentious. He was keen on matching people with jobs not on gathering an infinite pool of jobseekers and prolonging the process without reason.

This is one of the amazing recruitment agencies that I have seen so far. Being an Asian, we are often underestimated by recruitment agencies, most of the agencies don't want to provide support to us. However, this is the agency they are very supportive, helpful, no racism and they really try their best to provide support to the deserving teacher.
