Was looking for the Mediterranean cruise and Mo gave me a quote and some good advice. I went back to Mo who then booked our cruise for us. Mo was very friendly and professional and would recommend this company to anyone.

Jessica, was very helpful and replied promptly to my emails and calls. All information was very clear and the booking confirmation was also very detailed. I can only hope the cruise is as impressive!

Fantastic experience. Stevie was my contact and was very patient. We went back and forth with emails and questions , she always responded quickly with the answers often giving us lots of advise to make our holiday experience run smooth . I will be saving her details and using her for future holiday bookings !

Efficient service, disappointing to find it was an extra £100 per person when returning the call to accept the quote. Signature drop box not working on the day but thr next morning it was.

Samuel at Worldwide cruise was fantastic. We booked a group cruise (10 of us ) on Celebrity Solstice - All Inclusive Luxury Thailand & Vietnam With Singapore & Hong Kong Stay from London 31st October 2023 - with 2 nights pre cruise stay at Holiday Inn Atrium, Singapore and 2 nights post cruise stay at Regal Hotel, Hong-Kong. Everything from start to finish was handled seamlessly by Samuel. He even went out of his way to ensure that our two daughters who decided to go with us at the last minute were on the same return flight with us and changed their hotel so they could be with us at The Regal. There was no long waiting at the end of the phone or chasing of emails like with some other travel Agents. All queries were dealt with professionally and swiftly.Thank you so much Samuel. You made our holiday special as were all together as one big group through out our holiday.

Really positive experience booking our first cruise.
All done by email and Jessica was incredibly helpful and patient with all my questions (and all done on a Sunday too.)

What can be a potentially difficult process what made to be very straight forward and faultless.

The pricing was accurate and detailed so we knew exactly what was included and also not included.
He was also very efficient at providing us with pricing when we asked about different options, with no make a quick decision.
All in all it was a very happy experience for us.
