The flooring and installation from Worldwide exceeded our expectations. It made our basement one of our favorite rooms in the house.

Great company and staff. I have used them twice now and would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I visited the Fairfield showroom and our salesperson was Aramis. We were there twice, the second time to place our order. Throughout the process Aramis was attentive, informative and never pressured us. All our questions were answered and we were never rushed. On our return visit when we placed our order for hardwood flooring Aramis was courteous and efficient going over every detail and patiently answering our questions. Since our flooring was a non stock, special order item it understandably took a few weeks. Aramis and Worldwide proved to be consummate professionals with calls to update us on progress and expected delivery times. Our flooring materials came in a bit earlier than expected and we were called the moment it was ready. Aramis and Worldwide earned and deserve our 5 stars.

I'm a contractor and I will make sure that all of my friends and costumers will never do anything business with Worldwide.
They are only interested in selling the product with completion of orders for something as simple as purchasing a runners taking 4 weeks or more.
Tiles are the same way. Worked with a costumer that ordered the simple tiles 3x6 inches and had to wait over 6 weeks to receive them with some unexpected changes that took another 3 weeks to straight it up.
No communication at all. Everything was either manufacturer or supplier fault.
Just bad overall experience.

My salesperson was Aramis and he is a delightful person to do business with. I purchased a wool area rug and 2 matching runners. I was having a hard time picking a pattern that would match my couch and chairs. Aramis spent a great deal of time going through all the samples that matched with my color scheme. After the delivery I had a small problem with one of the runners not being serged on the ends but customer service immediately took care of this. I certainly will recommend this store to family and friends...prices and customer service were excellent.

All went well until the phone call. Watch out, when someone hits you up for more money after you're paid in full

We had a very good experience working with Worldwide Flooring. Everything went well and exceeded our expectations. We can't be happier with the whole process. We visited the Edison showroom a few times and dealt with Ron Griggs. Ron is very knowledgeable in different types of floorings as we were deciding between carpet and hardwood. He was very patient with us and did not try to hard sale any expensive products, a very down to earth guy. We finally decided to go with hardwood floor and the order was delivered on time as promised. The installation team led by Marcio was wonderful. The floor was delivered, all 8,000+ lbs. and had to be hauled upstairs. They paid attention to avoid touching the newly painted walls and always keep the door shut to keep out the cold air. They left the wood planks to acclimate for a few days before installation. The crew started at 7 am in the morning and worked late. They were hardworking and very skillful. They finished the job on time and spend another day to finish up details and clean up. A week later, we tried to polish the new floor and the mop caught a piece of splinter and tore off a small piece of the "skin". We did not think it was a big deal but when Ron called to follow up to see how the installation went, we mentioned the small problem and he had the installer came back to replace the damaged plank. Overall, we are very satisfied with the whole process and we hope they continued the good work. We highly recommend Worldwide Floor with no reservation.

This was our second positive experience working with he Lawrenceville location of Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings. Suzette was fantastic to work with once again. This time was a little easier, since we had already picked the manufacturer and carpet line previously, so we only had to finalize texture. But with our schedule constraints, it required careful planning with the sales and installation teams. All went well - Thank you!

I got hardwood installed from worldwide and there is a serious problem with the installation; lot of gaps between the wood and I reported this to install dept and yet to hear back

Craig Doty helped us pick out our carpet, very helpful and patient. Delivery was on time. Installers were neat, polite, careful of our new paint job and in general very pleasant. I would highly recommend this company and particularly Craig Doty to anyone looking for carpeting.

I highly recommend WWFC. My sales person was Aramis and he was extremely helpful during the entire process from picking out our floors to the final installation stage – he made sure to call to see if I was happy with how it came out. We had to make some changes to our order and Aramis made sure it was taken care of by email, text msgs and phone calls – can’t beat that. This is the place that I would recommend to friends & families and for future renovations. Thank you!

I've been working with Alex at Worldwide for years..I design TV shows and commercials and often need materials in unheard of turn around time, and Worldwide always pulls off miracles !! They are great to work with and always willing to find a solution that fits within the budget to make what ever show we are working on look amazing. If you want a company that will go the extra step i recommend these guys 100% !!

Upon finishing the installation of the carpet in my family room, (GLAMOROUS CARPET WITH UP-GRADED PADDING), I discovered the installers did not put my wood saddle back down where the carpet meets my wood floor in the kitchen. (All other rooms were finished off correctly with the original wood saddle.) I called Worldwide and spoke to my salesman, Jeffrey Gobler, to alert him to this problem. He told me the installers do not carry wood saddles but only carry the metal strip to finish off the carpet. I informed him that there was a wood saddle in place with the old carpet. He denied this. The metal strip is very bad on one's feet and I have been hurt by it. He said a saddle would cost $95.00 plus the cost of installation. WHAT? I want to know what became of the saddle that was originally there. I FEEL THE NEW CARPET IS HIGHER THAN THE ORIGINAL CARPET AND MY WOOD SADDLE DID NOT FIT PROPERLY. Now it is my word against theirs. I was not home when they installed the carpet but did return as they were done. I did not notice this problem until I stepped on the metal strip. The CARPET AND INSTALLATION WAS NOT CHEAP and I really think this problem should be resolved by Worldwide. Telling me the installers do not do this but that I would have to have someone else come in and fix problem - AT MY EXPENSE - is totally unacceptable! Is this how Worldwide treats their customers?

Aramis was very helpful and thorough in his product knowledge and abilty to help us choose the right options.

During the construction of our home, I went into Worldwide to look for all my tile needs. Denise Young was the most professional and creative person I have worked with in years. She assisted me on the tile/stone for 3 bathrooms, kitchen backsplash and the outside stone for our home. She had the patience to work thru all our delays and changes throughout the project. Her follow thru was incredible and if any issues occurred, she went above and beyond to rectify without missing a beat. I would rec. Worldwide and Denise above all!

I am a return customer to Worldwide Wholesale Floor and honestly I was just as pleased with my recent purchase and installation as I was with my first purchase many years ago. My salesperson, Suzette was awesome. Professional, friendly and attentive to my issues and needs. She call me to provide updates at each step in the process from ordering to installation and called one last time after the installation to make sure everything went well. The measuring technician who came to my home was also very professional, on time, pleasant, and appropriately attired. And I can't say enough about my installation team! On time, personable, cleaned up scraps of removed and new carpeting both inside and outside of my home.

I would definitely recommend Worldwide to family and friends and should I need to install carpets or flooring in my home at any time in the future, I would definitely return to Worldwide!

My husband and I purchased our first home this past March. The house is a ranch style with no basement so it had tile floors and laminate wood throughout the house. We wanted to have the same wood floor throughout the house. It was a big job but Denise made it so easy and was such a pleasure to work with. She explained all about the different types of wood and what would be the best for our home. The whole process from choosing the floors to the complete installation was such a great experience. We are so happy with our floors and can't wait to work with Denise again when we renovate our bathrooms!

Denise was very nice, helpful , and knowledgeable in helping me design three bathrooms that I absolutely Love! I went in with a vision and and even though I changed my mind a few times Denise searched until I was very excited to see it all come together . She knows her tile !

Rita helped me make my decision on my wood floor covering . It is beautiful and is just perfect ! She is so nice and also very knowledgeable on the many floor coverings and rugs .
