Unreliable Booking System of Worldwideholidays.com.au
I tried to book Mandarin Oriental Tokyo for Apr 2014. Due to their system error, the booking was not completed but my credit card was charged in full. The customer services of Worldwideholidays took 2 weeks to handle this issue. They claimed that there has been issues with their contracted rates with the hotel. My booking could not be made eventually. Although Worldwideholidays has refunded, transaction fee has been charged by my credit card as it is an oversea transaction. It is a bad experience that I have to take 2 weeks to settle a booking issue and this unsuccessful booking costed me transaction fee.
