48 hrs, from claim to paid!
I’ve used this company for a number of years and fortunately haven’t had to claim until this year. I have saved thousands of pounds in rental excess insurance that’s typically charged by the rental car companies. Buy insurance from an insurance company and rent a car from a rental car company!
Admittedly it took a while to work through the correct selections on the claim form for the sub insurer but once submitted, the claim amount (less excess) was in my bank account within 48 hours. No questions asked.
I highly recommend this product.

Great customer support, amazing price
I have been using WWI rental car multi insurance since 2017 and have renewed it almost every year whenever I needed a rental car. Throughout all these years, I have been extremely satisfied with the responsiveness and care provided by customer support.
Today, as my claim has been processed, I would especially like to thank Syazwan for his professionalism and his ability to find a solution for my case.

Friendly, helpful and efficient assistance from Sandra to make some changes to my Care Hire Excess policy.
I have used Worldwide Travel Insurance for several years for this coverage - its always a very easy process and much more cost effective than using the hire company or even third party booking platforms coverage.

Sayazwan our agent was amazing and sorted the claim very easily they even went above and beyond to get extra documents from the car rental company that we were not sent in order to make sure the claim was sorted, easy to submit the claim and even easier to deal with the agents once submitted, was a pleasure and very grateful of Syazwans hard work!
