Instructions were clear and easy to follow. For some reason, the payment system wouldn’t process my card but this was resolved quickly and efficiently after a short telephone conversation with a pleasant and very helpful lady.

No Hassle Renewal

When renewal was due we weren't travelling, so I emailed them & asked to start the policy when we next travelled, & they replied saying ok.
So paid & got the policy by return.
Good Renewal Process, at the same rate as the previous year.

The person was rude

The person was rude, aside from hard to understand her. And the first call I made they hang up on me. Will not be recommending this insurance to anyone. It seems very difficult to work with you.

Great service

I took out this policy following some googling after seeing car rental firms charging £15-20 per day to waive excess on agreements. With 6 days of platinum coverage costing just £15, it was worth a shot.

And I'm glad we did as we had a slight mishap, causing some damage, costing £400. On return, I made my claim, and within 3 days, I had the claim settled and money back in my account.

Very happy with this insurance so renew…

Very happy with this insurance so renew it annually for quite a few years now. It saves me a fortune on extra insurance when renting cars, which I do quite a lot. When I once had a claim, it was dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction.

Payment website froze - delay in confirmation of insurance

The website froze at payment stage with no confirmation on line and no e.mail sent. However money was taken and only after the insured period expired did an e.mail with my certificate arrive. I had presumed it was unsuccessful so paid again with another car hire excess insurer.

Emailed team and refunded within hours so have upgraded 1 star to 4 star!
