This is a SCAM company. Please do not go with it. Please look at all the one star reviews to understand their modus operandi. They take money in advance and refuse refunds on some policy which says 'no refunds after 24 hours'. No company in the world operates like this. All 5 star reviews are paid reviews for sure. They do not follow any rules. They claim to be ISO 27001 certified but they breach all ISO standards. They have actually shared personal information in the form of education certificate of someone else which is unacceptable. They merely operate to steal your money without providing any service whatsoever. They are extremely rude over the phone. Please do not use their services. This is in the interest of all students who are looking to avail their services. They charge exorbitant rates like 14000 rupees for a Medium of Instruction Certificate which costs 'officially' only between 200 and 1000 depending on the University. DO NOT USE THEM. I am in the process of sending complaints to government bodies to ban them from existence. Looting students who dont have the means/income to pay is disgraceful. Especially when they are depending on their parents/relatives/bank loans to fund their studies abroad.

I reached out to them to manage my transcript and expedite it. I am thankful to them for obtaining it on time. The immediate response and continuous status update keep me informed about my transcript.
