Too much like hard work…
Website was easy to use and navigate good selection of items which is why I have given 2 stars - HOWEVER in over 40 years of ordering and worming horses I have never found it as hard work as it was ordering off this company, questions of why where and what for across the course of a week with still no wormers dispatched, so I cancelled my order and ordered off viovet (my usual go to) the same wormers for the same ponies and they where despatched the same day.

Thank you for your review.
As I explained when speaking to you, it is legislation to record information regarding the horses you wish to treat with the wormers you have ordered. As i wasn't happy with the information provided, this is why I asked for clarification.
The majority of our orders are dispatched same day, however, I am unable to dispatch orders with issues, until the issue is resolved.
I hope this helps explain the issue with the your order, and I hope we can help you with products in the future.
