Thank you for your email and the offer of a refund (of the purchase cost of €8,95 plus a voucher. However, I would prefer a refund of the postage (€7,68) instead of the voucher. I have attached a copy of the PostNL nota as you requested.

Thank you Jozef for your response. When reading the other reviews on This site I did notice that Wormm are very fond of complaining about how their customers choose to complain. How Wormm handle emails, telephone calls, voicemails, social media postings really ought to be transparent to the customer. If you treat all complaints equally regardless of the medium then your service might improve.
You say that you use a “frankeermachine” and this should mean that enough postage is always paid. Very strange and even stranger that a business such as yours does not include an afzender on your packages. If you had included an afzender, PostNL would have been able to send the invoice to you and I would not have had the inconvenience of having to pay your postage for you and trying to reclaim it from you.
You say that you have received a “nota” from PostNL. This begs the question of why you didn’t take any action and furthermore why are you now asking me to forward you an email with a copy of my nota?
Complaint 17 mei 2021:
On 11 april I ordered some live meelwormen (bestelling #2190) at a cost of €8.95 with “Gratis verzending”. There are two parts to my complaint:
1) The meelwormen were of poor quality. A large number had died and the package stank with liquid seeping through the inadequate packaging.
2) A few days later I received an invoice from PostNL demanding payment of €7,68 because the sender had not paid adequate postage and that they were not able to identify the sender from the package.
I have tried many times to contact Wormm by telephone but to no avail. I get the impression that they do not want to hear from me.
I will never use this amateurish company again and caution others against doing so. I would have given zero stars if it were possible.
