Great quality with great statements to make people rethink by just reading a sticker or statement on a shirt. Exactly what I expected. Stickers are a great size not too small nor to big! T shirt material is nice and comfy and shipping was normal, I think I had to wait about 2 weeks which is pretty reasonable to me.

Quick and easy
All good with choosing and ordering, it was quick and simple. The delivery was faster than expected.
The clothes seam good quality, but I will be able to judge more after the first wash.
They seam true to size, however they are more slim and long. I personally prefer a looser fit and wider (especially for hoodies), but that's just a personal preference.

No free returns!!!!
Quality of the shirts is good but they are MASSIVE! I ordered a size M and L and they are ridicilously large.. I already had to pay for the shipping and now 10€ for sending it back. I think free returns would be something to consider... I thought about ordering different sizes but I don't wanna spend money again for shipping. They definitely lost a costumer due to their "Return costs are on you" policy...

Co founder communicates directly with customers and ensures the highest level of the service.
Even when my package was lost (then eventually found by my friend in my building) “Worn out vegan” sent me the same order at their own expense. This way I was able to make a gift to a friend for her birthday.
So “Worn out vegan” is a great example of customer centric business that makes sure their customers are satisfied at all times.

Great product and customer service
Not only are the tshirts I received great quality (fabric feel, and the printed images are very wash-proof), the customer service was also brilliant. I had an issue with my delivery (not on the company's end but with shipping) which they sorted out for me super quickly. Definitely recommend 😊

First I got the wrong tshirt, a t-shirt that isn’t on the website of the shop..
they sent me a new one.. 3 weeks later I still haven’t receive it.. I asked my money back.. they refused it! I lost 31€..I’m very disappointed
