My two watches also came in a Jiffy…
My two watches also came in a Jiffy bag. No user manual and no usb chargers as advertised. Now won’t respond to my emails. Luckily I only made one payment through klarna and they have been informed and suspended payments. So now have two useless watches and no idea what the white one does or the black one. Do not order from them. Advertised they are distributed in the UK but actually sent from china

I ordered the total body wellness CZTICLE ultrasonic wristband, no instructions or usb cable came. I have sent at least 8 emails since yesterday 12/05/25 and had no response, I am trying to get my money back as I think this is a fraudulent site. On the website it states it’s made in the UK but on the back of it it says made in China. I have wasted £24.99 just a heads up people DO NOT BUY FROM Woskhealth.com

Arrived yesterday, what a con, cheap plastic rubbish, no information, nothing to recharge them, if this is supposed to be a site recommended by NHS something needs to be done about it. No return address yet it says you can return and get a refund, if anyone has it I'd be obliged if you could share as I am disappointed and disgusted this advert is allowed.
Update...I have tried on a number of occasions to send an email to them but everyone has been returned.....I guess everything about this company is totally fake.
Latest is them sending in emails offering discounts but still no response to me asking for their return address.
To date still no response from them.
Do not order from this company
