I order a new washing machine from them, they came to install it and was not working. Never heard from them since then.

Appointment made with Dennys on Wednesday, emailed back and forth to find a date, agreed on Friday 1-3pm. Called them at 4pm as no one showed and was told that there was no appointment on system so it's not their problem. Then asked who I talked to, pretended to put me through and hung up. When I called back, the same. Staff incredibly rude.

I called this company to come and fix my microwave oven and fridge. This happened on the 22nd of January. Their handy man came to the house and after 2 minutes of looking at the microwave oven he said this cannot be fixed, it's too old without even looking for the broken parts to check if they are available. The story didn't here, the fridge shelf was broken and for this he also said it's not possible to fix it. So basically I paid him 65 euros to come and tell me that it's better to buy new ones. Then when I got mad and refused to pay he called his manager and his manager promised that he would be looking for those spare parts if I pay this 65 euros. I called him for a week every day to check and he kept saying am looking for them. Today it's the 4th of February and he still didn't get back to me with an answer. Assuming the oven was old and couldn't find the spare part, how come he couldn't find a shelf for the fridge?

NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL! All they want is your 65 euros and then they will disappear! The only suggestion they have is trying to sell you used appliances (basically it's marketing their stuff but on your own account with your 65 euros)!

They took an appointment to repair my dryer machine and only after 2 hours the appointment was expired I called them and the answer was that the motor to be repaired wasn’t on stock, so I canceled everything and lost 65€ just to let me know that the machine is broken (I knew that).
No refund!!!! Unbelievable!!!!

Dear all,
avoid this aweful company!!!! I ordered brand new dishwasher and needed to wait 4 months for getting it build in!! I paid in advance, very bad service, no reply on my emails, in calls the company telling lies that my dishwasher was already installed!! On the top of everything - when they finally build in new Siemens dishwasher - they DEMAGED my kitchen and the dishwasher front doors, pulling out pieces of floor and using to long screws making holes in the front of my kitchen front doors!!! After another 4 months nobody acting or reacting I just needed to get another company to reduce the demage little - as my kitchen is ruined now - the front doors in this material are not made anymore!! On the top of all this mess I didn't received any guarantee document for my brand new dishwasher.. I wonder this company is still existing..
