I ordered from them almost 2 months ago…
I ordered from them almost 2 months ago and still haven't received my order. They have offered to resend it but refuse to refund my money. So I'm out 50 bucks. I didn't even realize I was ordering from them. I thought I was ordering from faith.com. they snuck in on me. I'm older and not internet savvy. Please be aware. They are a scam!
Scam! So hard to get off $50/month membership
Scam!! We were auto signed up for membership we didn’t realize. My family has been struggling to pay bills & we finally just realized we have paid $50 monthly for 6 months after ordering a free scarf or whatever add we thought was a pro-Palestinian cause. I wouldn’t be surprised if they are Zionists trying to get money from activists. They won’t get back to us. Terrible customer service, on-purpose obviously. No returning calls or emails. No way to get off as of yet. We are still trying to reach someone from the company and might have to pay our bank $70 to remove them.
I had the same experience as the people…
I had the same experience as the people above, made an initial purchase of $9.99 and was then charged monthly for $49.95 without any knowledge of having joined any type of recurring payment agreement or membership of any kind. I have reported them to Shopify, and I left a message for PCRF asking if they are actually donating funds. This is so gross, to scam under the guise of donating to desperate people. I called my bank, I am curious to see if any of you were able to get your money refunded?
I ordered merchandise and was…
I ordered merchandise and was overcharged. Then they continued to debit my account 4 more times, for a theft of nearly $200.
Malicious scammers – they charged $90…
Malicious scammers – they charged $90 bucks to my card without my knowledge after I received their "free" (low quality) keffiyah. Looks like they've since included information about their membership in the fine print but it clearly was meant to go unnoticed. I feel stupid for falling for it but ultimately they're the ones who have to live with the decision they made to profit off of good faith people troubled by the genocide in Palestine.
SCAM
Kufiya was trash quality and they've been charging me 50 bucks every month since. Scammers out to steal your money, stay away!!!
Wish I could give a negative
Wish I could give a negative! They scammed me! I thought I was buying a traditional kufiya and what I got was a cheap painted fabric that looks nothing like the image you expect to get. They won’t give a refund and they won’t take their terrible product back.
Other reviews are fake
Ordered it online, arrived within a couple of weeks. It is exactly to size, woven, cotton, well made. Lovely feel.
Charged exactly only what the deal said. Checked my CC balances, no extra charge, no membership, nothing hidden.
The donations are to legitimate organizations.
The other reviews are probably fake, probably from a review farm in occupied Phalastine. The names seem weird, there is a lot of blatant falsehoods, and anti-arabic name calling.
It IS a scam!😩
YEP!! It's a scam. Unfortunately they got me with pants. I'm sitting here with 2 pair of poor quality pants that's OBVIOUSLY not what was advertised. I may do yard work in them. The "what I ordered vs what I got" video for my large youtube channel is going to be great!
Believe the reviews; STAY AWAY!!
Poor quality keffiyeh and, even worse, the company falsely advertises a one-time payment and sneakily takes numerous payments over time despite only authorizing one. My bank closed my card and flagged them as fraud charges days before my trip abroad, making for an incredibly frustrating experience. Take your business elsewhere, deadass.
I canceled my order after reading poor…
I canceled my order after reading poor reviews, they refunded me initially, then they tried to charge my card $50 a month later. A scam company capitalizing on a genocide to sell inferior, misrepresented product and exploit people's credit card information. Disgusting.
SCAMMERS
They charged $24.97 for scarves not received. Then a couple days later $49.99 for "membership" that you cannot access and cancel. Can't sign in. No answer thru email, mailbox at customer service FULL. Don't buy these scarves. Scammed capitalizing on Palestinian situation!!
SCAM.
SCAM.. SCAM …. SCAM .. shame on you to use the Palestinian issue to trick people to pay for “ membership “ into your buisness??? What membership ??!! Didn’t see it written anywhere ??!! I DO NOT WANT TO BE A MEMBER IN WHATEVER YOU ARE … thank you . Refund me my money and keep your free Kofeyeh
I've filed a complaint with the BBB…
I've filed a complaint with the BBB against them and urge others to as well. They are using a humanitarian crisis for their benefit. They say they will send you a keffiyeh and you just have to pay for shipping. They hide a membership DEEP within their terms and conditions, mention it NOWHERE on the checkout page, and then charge you. They then provide a fake screenshot of what they say you agreed to when you complain to them.
Complete lack of transparency and very fraudulent, predatory practices. My complaint to the BBB asked that they be flagged and they be forced to end these practices.
Disgusting Scam: draws you in with free Keffiyeh and supporting Palestine
They offered a free Keffiyeh just pay for shipping. The Keffiyeh was poor quality. Then a week later I found they charged my credit card $39.94. I did not make any purchase. They are exploiting a humanitarian crisis as well as scamming people. Disgusting and evil.
SCAM
SCAM. 8 emails and a bank investigation later, my fake membership charge has finally been refunded. They are NOT legit. They will force you to sign up for a "free membership trial" but will give you no account info, even with multiple requests, and will not cancel it. They put on a good show, but it's all show.
This company is selling cheaply made mass produced keffiyehs from China
When ordering this product you can see in the shipping details that the item comes from China.. When receiving the item I saw that the keffiyeh was not woven. It just a cheap mass produced knoff off of the genuin article.
Scam all around
I ordered a Kuffiyeh through an ad on social media where you only had to pay $9.99 for shipping and all proceeds would go to Palestine. At no point did they ask if I wanted to sign up for any sort of membership. One week later I was charged $39.94. Opened my emails from them after placing the initial order and if you read the VERY small print, it says that you will be charged $19.94 monthly for membership after a week’s free trial. If you go on their website, it says that the membership is actually $39.94. And the only way to cancel is to contact customer support. This is an extremely shady business practice. In their email response they claim to have highlighted this in yellow, which is untrue and I have screenshots of the emails to prove this.
I won’t even get into the quality of the Kuffiyeh itself (it’s like a poor Wish attempt at a Kuffiyeh-adjacent scarf, and it’s started to shred already) or the accusations that no money is actually donated to Palestine. That in itself warrants this company zero stars. Add hidden fees on top of all that? I called my bank and am disputing the charge and they are sending me a new debit card. Any company where you have to have your card canceled to avoid being scammed should be shut down.
In the future I’ll donate to the PCRF directly.
counterfeit & lies
counterfeit, lies (no donations to Palestine), and shipping from china, no notice about that
Fake across the board, DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY HERE
DON’T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY Fake across the board, and benefiting from a fkn genocide.
The scarves are fake, also not legit from Palestinian and the money we have spent is not going to Palestine. SHAME on the company 100%
Disgusting that they claim anything goes back for relief.
DON’T SPEND A DIME, blast them, spread the word. Disrupt everything, y’all are a bag of b1tches. Shame, and they’ll probably delete this review
