Anderson was extremely helpful. I was a bit Leary at first but after talking with him and he showing me the links I felt comfortable.
I did extensive searches for flights and he had the magic flight for us. I can not say enough great things about my experience. I already posted on FB for F/F to contact him. Thanks for a wonderful transaction I will be doing business again with you.

I talked with someone she's named Nancy after she asked me a lot of question and I don't have a time for that and she said she going to call me after half an hour or 1 hour she call me back after almost hour and a half I don't like that the deal give it to me very high in the market then I say have a nice day and she called me back and she very rude and looking like she wants fighting Very bad service not recommend

In Madrid with my son - travelled from London/ was told our tickets would be here/ paid 7.8k for the two tickets - they were not when we arrived so emailed wow and got a reply that we have a refund but no tickets - thanyou wow for ruining my whole experience up - I hope you are never allowed to do this to other people

Recieved a phone call today 28/5/2019 from a lady reference my booking at the end of June 2019 ( 28th- 30th ) was told that the flight operator has cancelled our flights so was offered no alternative other than changing the dates.Not the fact that surley they could book a different destination through a different operator. I was told this was not possible and they could not get back there money for the HOTEL as well as the FLIGHTS however was then told if it was more than two weeks which it clearly is. WILL NOT TAKE LIABILITY. I then challenged to say they should have insurance as they are our operator so in order to Trade as a UK company as they are the third party in this chain ( booking agent ) still awaiting a call back

JORDAN is wonderful. In this day and age customer service is very rare. Jordan goes above and beyond to help in any way he can. He is very patient, I have hearing problems but he did not let that deter him in helping. I messed up my husbands name on the airline ticket, and Jordan is trying to help me fix it. He doesn't have to do that. He called me yesterday, on Thanksgiving-who does that-answer, NO ONE but Jordan. He is such an asset to WOW, I have already recommended WOW and Jordan to work associates and my neighbor who are planning to travel in the near future.

Everything about this airline company sucks. Can’t even bring a carry on without being charged extra. They just lost two customers for life.

We had very interesting program, good prices, nice hotels and food, views, buildings , nice people, simply everything!!.
We saw everything what we want. We had fantastic time for 8 days in new world in UAE. Every day was fantastic. Every one minute in UAE was extraordinary : TIP-TOP
