They ripped me off money

They ripped me off money for my car headlights that I had wanted. The first guy named Denzel (definitely was not calling an American based phone number, it had a basic 510 area code, first red flag) said he would order my lights for me. They took the money out immediately, but as fast as they took the money out they couldn't answer me as fast with tracking I had called numerous times email them numerous times and it's always the same person who answered the phone. So just about a month and a half goes by. He end up going on eBay and and ordering but overcharged me. So when I called back tell him that set he ordered was incorrect lights the woman on the phone picked up the phone hesitated to answer and asked me "who is this?". Not a thank you for calling or hey person I remember your number from the first 30 time you called us, very unprofessional (2nd red flag). So I explained who I was and she said Denzel was fired and she was going to be taking over the sale. And I'm still needed a tracking number to see when it would get to me. So she puts me on hold but a good 20 minutes or so comes back and said she'll email me a tracking number which I thought was strange. So I went with it. I did receive a tracking number after probably about the third call reminder for the tracking number. So when I got the lights they were wrong ones, he didn't order me what he said he was going to order me and when I spoke to the little girl she began to get irate because I told her that he had promised me he'll get the right ones. She told me to send them back, get tracking show her tracking, which I thought was kind of ironic, but I did and I never got my money back and I've never heard from the company again and the phone number I have it doesn't work no more and I've tried calling from other people's phones.
