A bit nervous to buy from them having read some reviews, but the prices were really good so I wanted to try anyway.
My first parcel got lost, and they have been super kind and super helpful to try to sort the situation and fullfil the order.
I wasn't in rush to get the items, and the kindness and help received deserves this company a 5 star review.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Can’t give 5 stars But great service
Can’t give 5 stars as first delivery came used and damaged. However arrived in 2 days and was replaced in 2 days so can’t fault the WOW service. Lesson learned don’t order so it’s delivered day before you need to use it!
Possible simple error a returned item got sent out as new, I have recommended already and will use WOW again.

Have never been so let down by a company before. Ordered camping stuff for our trip tomorrow.... and despite being assured by phone yesterday it would arrive, it hasn’t. I now have to skuttle off manically to buy the necessary things that we really need . DO NOT USE THEM

Great price and friendly, efficient service.
Purchased a tent and multiple other items that were at a fantastic price and arrive very quickly. I had to return a faulty item and Darren at the sales team couldn’t be more helpful. He organised a warranty replacement from the manufacturer, gave me regular updates and it arrived as soon as possible. I would thoroughly recommend them and will be using them in future.

My advice would be not to order from here whether it be directly or via Amazon as you will be very lucky to see it. I have messaged them and spoken to them on the telephone and they are not helpful at all. They are blaming it on Royal Mail and they are delayed due to bad weather. The bad weather has been gone for a week now and I had ordered other items from various other suppliers on this day and have already received my goods. The customer care received from Wow camping is zilch. Thank you Amazon for stepping in to help do there job for them
