Awful service, takes 3 days just to book a courier after websites claims items "ALL items shown are in stock" AVOID and go back to Amazon!

Wow Camping offer the best price for gas cartridges, fast transit time, accurate order fulfilment - never short ship, and a very well packaged consignment to ensure safe arrival. I’ve been using their online service for my gas cartridge requirements for years now and come across every time.

PROS:
- Good quality products
- Cheap prices

CONS:
- Delivery took about a week so not the quickest

Extremely disappointed… Purchased a Coleman event shelter which catastrophically failed after minimal garden usage in decent summer weather. Despite this clearly being a warranty issue Wow Camping have failed to resolve the issue with Coleman, ignored my emails and left me massively out of pocket. For a small company their customer care is rubbish.

Very good customer service and speedy delivery. I called customer service a few times and the guy I spoke to was always very friendly, well-informed, and quick to help. My first experience with WOW Camping and I will happily shop there again.

Going camping on Friday and I needed various items and came across Wow Camping while browsing and because of their lower prices I decided to take a chance on the company and purchased from them and at check out i opted for next day delivery.. of which my items came today, pleased with all the products I received and will defo be back to buy more off this company

Excellent price and quick delivery.

Looking for a while for a Coleman XT coolbox. Found upon this site which had it considerably cheaper.

Never heard of the retailer before, so always a little sceptical. However, I placed my order, email confirmation straight away, dispatch and tracking deails the next day, and item arrived the following day.

Excellent service, and very pleased with item.

I received excellent service from WoW camping. Their prices are excellent too! I ordered the wrong colour by mistake and they were so helpful to make sure I received the correct colour.
Fast delivery, highly recommended for customer service and communication.

Trying to buy a coat from here has cost me £8. I've never heard of another company that reduces money from your refund if you have torn the packaging. I understand if any labelling or specific brand packaging has been damaged, but being charged £4 for a plastic envelope seems unreasonable.
I was disappointed to read in another comment that someone told them their coat was the wrong size and got a prepaid envelope sent out. This was the issue that I had, but the customer service FAQ said I would have to pay for postage unless the item was faulty. An expensive mistake to use this company. One I won't make again.

My order was despatched really fast, however there an issue with the delivery. I emailed Wow Camping and they sorted this straight away. Unfortunately, the jacket I ordered was a little too big and the next size down wasn’t available. I emailed to advise I was sending it back and they sent a prepaid return label and my refund has been issued almost immediately. They were really helpful and communication was good throughout.

I just want to say THANK YOU to WOW Camping for my new Sprayaway boots, they’ve just arrived and are absolutely perfect. Packaging was great and boots immaculate. Delivery was 24-48 hours.

Price was fantastic and customer service from start to finish was paramount. Well done guys! I highly recommend!

A little unsure after reading some of the reviews but my order of £263 worth of equipment came on time, in perfect condition and saved me lots of money compared with buying elsewhere. Would definitely use again and would recommend.

Exceptionally poor customer service.

Purchased a product, didn’t get the exact product I ordered but accepted it anyway to save hassle, mistake! Within 2 weeks a major part failed, I emailed them and they informed me they would raise a warranty claim with manufacturer. That was over a month ago, now they don’t even respond to my emails any more.

Will definitely NOT be purchasing from this outfit again!

I bought a tent from WOW Camping and unfortunately it turned out to be faulty. However the customer service dealt with the matter professionally.

Ordered some gas at half the price I usually pay. It arrived within a few days. So glad I found wow camping.
