Milo loves the treats!!
Milo loves the little treats and to be honest they smell so good I want to have one too! I like to feed Milo natural treats so this was ideal. Peanut butter ones were Milos fave!! Will be back

I’m sorry that you were unhappy with the level of service you received from us. Our records say that you ordered your treats on New Year’s Day and they were dispatched with Royal Mail on the 7th January and delivered on the 10th. The delay is due to the fact that the Bakery was closed over Christmas and New Year and that upon re-opening, your treats were baked from scratch. Unfortunately, our email system was also down between the end of December and half way through January meaning that lots of communications were missed, so unfortunately, if you had emailed us regarding your order, we never received it.

Great products and friendly service
Very friendly company to deal with. They provide excellent service and I love the personal, local delivery. The best bit though is that the both dogs love all the flavours of treats and so do the neighbours dogs.

Excellent bear bones
Great experience, and here is why;
First I need to say that our dog is addicted to these biscuits. If I open the sealed container they are in our dog appears within seconds - no matter what she is doing or where she is.
Secondly the website is easy to use and responsive.
Thirdly the biscuits arrived in 1 working day. No delays.
I also like the fact that the biscuits are made with a by product of beer.
