Purchase a Ebike the end of June 2025…

Purchase a Ebike the end of June 2025 in Calgary store and they have still not sent me a proper receipt. Emailed multiple times and called. Also they are not providing any assistance with "how to register" my new ebike for warranty purposes. This is basic stuff after spending $1300 a proper receipt would by standard ? Would not recommend this company, not sure if they are legit based on how they respond/do not respond. My son wanted a ebike after riding mine but had to recommend buying elsewhere where a proper receipt and registration was right up front
