Took over two months to get what I paid for. I had to constantly return to the site to ask about my order. After two months they said their price had increased and they would only deliver 40k of the 50k I bought. So they stole 20% of the purchase.

I went to PayPal and they blatantly lied, PayPal sided with them, even when I showed screenshots as proof.

They will scam you 100%

Just like the other people here, these scam artists took my money through paypal, then stalled for 24 hours. THEN, after paypal contacted them because of my report, they lied to paypal and told them my order was delivered in full. Eventually they admitted they won't accept my paypal payment which I screenshot. The best part is, when I checked the price of gold on the server I made the initial purchase, they jacked the price up. Dishonest thieves.

Wish I read the reviews about this company before starting to do business with them. Same stuff, different customer (pretty much what happened to other customers is happening to me). I reached out to check the stock of the gold before placing an order. The customer service rep (chat in site window) said there was plenty in stock and that it could be delivered immediately within the hour since they did not do in-person trading - (first red flag).

After two hours, I reached out to the customer service window in website to check on the status of the order. The representative stated verified my email + character info / realm before 'reaching' out to the gold supplier. They also asked for a phone number to contact which I shouldn't have provided - (second red flag) - should never have to ask for a phone number.
After a few minutes the representative confirmed that there was a delay and would not directly answer the question of what was the issue that resulted in the delay - (third red flag). They simply stated check back in an hour as the gold was sent by the supplier.

Learned my lesson. Stopping all charges on PayPal associated with this company and reporting this company to PayPal.

Dont use this site. Its a scam. I wish I would have read more reviews before I made a purchase but you are reading it so don't do what I did. Its a scam.

Worst company ever.. do not buy anything from them ever!.. still waiting for my order and doubt i will ever get it.. customer service can only google translate the words "wait more time" and refuse to give money back.. stay away

Stall tactics bot tells you each time you contact support that the supplier is going to send items. However it never comes been two day's now, for a service that told me 10 min delivery. Scam

Very Very VERY VERY bad, how many very i would say.
Worst support ever, he lies about approving the order after a long time waiting i recontacted and the other staff said that we cannot accept your paypal. anyways very horrible support, very horrible services, waste of time and i'll never ever buy anything from you and i'll actually order a refund on paypal, miserable services

one star only becouse is no 0 avoid that website !! they dont give you anything and try to get your ditails !! like photo id , phone number etc europol or lockal police should block that website instant !!!!

I ordered 8k via quick buy option, i was told by representative that supplier is online right now and that ill get gold withing 10 minutes, after 30 minutes the representative closed session so i contacted other one he said supplier is offline and that he will mail gold as soon as he gets online...Obviously they tell it to everyone and they will stall you as long as they want this is 100% scam keep away from these people

Received my golds after weeks.
At least they payed, but I not recommend this site at all.
There is no assistance service, no valid numbers to call, no nothing.
Was terrible, worst service ever.

Brought a few times already but feel that its time to give a comments. ! quick and nice, 100% will still go to u guys for future purchases
