I find the owner very defensive . When complain at about a product. Got wrong twice , and was not helpful .,nasty response like they don’t care .stay away u get the wrong product in the wrong packaging. Ans the they blame u .

Unfortunately the labels were mixed on production and sent in a mixed pallet.
It is not until or if a customer receives this that we find out.
I offered you to keep the spray refill and same day a shampoo was sent to you and offered you the conditioner to keep.
I'm not sure from your review where the two occurred as there are no online sales and was a purchase at Crufts.
Unfortunately, your messages are not very clearly written.
I haven’t received my item.

Fantastic customer service….
First I had accidentally ordered two lots of shampoo which they had noticed and I got a phone call to check that it was a mistake, then I hadn’t entered the correct postcode to my new address so the delivery driver couldn’t find my house so it was again all sorted out. Their customer service is impeccable and great products too, I’m glad that I tried your products.

Grooming tools and glide spray
Fast easy purchase and quick delivery . The grooming tools are better than expected . Especially the underfur comb. I use detangler spray but this is the first time I’ve used glide and I’m very impressed with the results and the dogs like it
