SCAM ALERT!

Don’t trust them. I ordered two items from them. The first one came with a banged up frame which they compensated me for BUT my second order the moon picture I ordered came so badly printed it should’ve never left the factory. First they only offer me 5% when I asked for a replacement. It went back forth for awhile, compensation made it to 30% but again, I wanted a new picture. I couldn’t hang the picture they gave me on the wall. They also tried to claim the picture was hand drawn when you can clearly see the print marks. Then they started ignoring me for weeks. I asked for supervisors but continued to get ignored. FINALLY i get someone that says they’ll refund me as long as i send the picture back to CHINA at my cost THEN they will decide if I deserve a refund.

Immediately after ordering I contacted…

Immediately after ordering I contacted customer service via email twice to change the date. No response. Received notification it had shipped within 2 days and THEN customer service got back to me saying sorry we’ve already shipped. That was over a month ago and still haven’t received. Horrible company. BEWARE!

Broken order, complete disrespect

When ordering it said 15 working days I was waiting a month, when I received my order it was completely shattered, I sent them an email they said I would have my refund in 7 days now that's 3 weeks ago, no reply to my emails either.. I sent them the pictures of my order and they just don't care.. I'd strongly advise to refrain from buying from this company it's a rip off

There were a lot of choices but no…

There were a lot of choices but no explanation of what you were getting, like digital print. Maybe I'm just overthinking it but if I was buying an embroidered sweatshirt, why would I need a digital print? Regardless though, I am so excited to see my sweatshirt. My Maverick is going to be 17 years old this year and most likely won't be here much longer. As my most loved possession, I can't wait to show him off!

Customization wrong, slow shipping, unresponsive customer service

On 2/23/2025 I wrote the following to the customer service email: "I am writing to request a full refund. Today I received my package, more than 3 weeks after ordering, even though I paid for expedited shipping. I also requested the outline sent to me via email but I never received it. And worst of all, the text on the sleeve is wrong so I can't even give this as a gift to my wife now. It should have been Bryson & Annabelle but as you will see it's the initials D & J which aren't even the correct initials for the two names that were on the order."

The response was seemingly generic as it doesn't appear they read my email. It said "Dear Customer, Hello! What can I do for you? Thanks for your patience, Have a good day! Best Regards Ticket ID: LB0143492.

I responded twice asking for them to follow up, the most recent being 2/27/2025. It is now 3/5/2025 and I just sent another email asking for and update and saying how not responding is unacceptable.

SCAM

SCAM! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

This company is an absolute joke. I ordered over TWO MONTHS ago, and not only did they send me the WRONG item, but their so-called “customer service” is completely nonexistent. I’ve reached out repeatedly, only to be ignored or fed pathetic excuses. They clearly don’t care about their customers—just about taking your money and running.

At this point, I’m convinced this place is nothing more than a scam. They lie, they don’t deliver what you paid for, and they refuse to fix their mistakes. If you value your time, money, and sanity, AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The skirt did not fit and I was asked to take pictures to prove it did not fit That's crazy not to mention the material was cheap.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they do not honor their refund policy I'm glad I only ordered one article of clothing

This website is a scam

This website is a scam. I ordered two Christmas jumpers at the start of November, it is now the end of February and the jumpers never arrived. Having asked for a refund numerous times, Wowine has done nothing to resolve the issue and refuses to issue a refund.

Scam

Don’t email their support team because they don’t have anyone to actually read and reply. Don’t Pay extra for priority shipping, been waiting 2 days shy of a month for the order. This company is a complete scam.

I order a personalized item from them and it never arrived and also the support doesn’t answer anymore. It should be shipped in 4-7 days

The worst ordering experience i have…

The worst ordering experience i have ever dealt with, ordered my package Jan 16th to give plenty of time before valentines, when I was checking out my mailing address auto filled with my old home address , I sent an email that same night to get my shipping address changed, I got a response 24hrs later saying the shipping address has been updated. I followed up on the 29th to see if the order had shipped, in my mind 2 weeks was plenty of time to get what I ordered. No response followed up on Feb 2nd no response, i received my shipping tracking number on the 4th and the address was still my old response so I sent another email letting them know on my side I see the wrong shipping address , the assured me on the 5th that they had updated my shipping address , my following email said okay thank you for helping me switch it, Then 2 days later they send me an email stating it is to late to change the shipping address regardless of me emailing them the night of my order. This company does not make any of these own products and drop ships everything from China, this is my first review i ever wrote. As of 2/16/25 I finally received my package and it's incorrect my dat is march 6th 2022 march starts on a Tuesday in 22 and they have it starting on a Saturday so the date me and my wife got married is a Sunday and they have it as Thursday it takes 3 seconds to look at a calender this is disappointing af

Don’t Order from Wownine

Honestly, this is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had purchasing a product. I purchased a custom product and, on the product, it had a specific date. Literally two minutes after purchasing the product. I realize that the year was wrong on the date, so I immediately emailed to correct that within the order.

I was not getting a response from customer support so I emailed each day after and still was not getting a response. It wasn’t until a week later that customer support told me that it was too late to make any changes. I had emailed this horrible company every single day and was basically told that because they don’t check their email, I couldn’t have the correction made. Don’t order from wownine. It’s as if this company is run by a 14 year old child doing this as a side gig.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND PRODUCT

Sent multiple emails and never received any response. Paid for express postage and to my surprise, the item actually arrived, although very late. The personalised LED frame i ordered was definitely not worth $100+ i paid and the writing did not match the photos. And even worse, the date does not even correspond to the correct day of the month!! Horrible.
