I can not recommend Chet and his company highly enough. We are a small rural village amateur dramatic group in Oxfordshire planning to put on a play set in USA in 1901. We wanted just ten bistro chairs for our performances and these were perfect. Naturally for such a small order we had to collect them but Chet went out of his way to assist us by extending the period of hire so that we could use them for some of our rehearsals as well as the performances, all at no extra cost. Worst company ever. Told me the night before my wedding day saying that they would not turn up unless I paid outrageous amounts of money causing me and my family immense stress. Took advantage of my vulnerable position. I had already paid over 50% of the total amount and the invoice clearly stated the rest could be paid after the event. So I was completely shocked to receive a phone call on the night before my wedding demanding full payment. After having an agreed price months before the wedding he increased the price by ridiculous amounts the night before my wedding and I was forced to pay this. Stay away!!!!

I would definitely recommend Wow rentals to others. They may not have the biggest range of items online, but don't let that put you off. Where possible they did try and source the things I wanted for a good price. Chet was always super helpful, friendly, and most of all reliable. Great service.

Chet was amazing and very helpful when we wanted to view and hire the items for our Wedding. I would definitely recommend them! The chiavari chairs were stunning in our venue and the artificial cherry blossom trees and flower arch added that extra wow factor for our wedding, all our guests commented on how beautiful they were.
