They are giving expired products on sale, and the customer care is not reachable

Don't order anything from this fraud company, there is no customer care number, second nowadays there is no expiry date aslo in the products, I have ordered about 5000 rs, it is not delivered to me and its been 2 months now, no reply to mail, you will always get automated replies.

Initial days of the company had decent customer service. But now a days, it's terrible. I ordered 8 products but received 3 different products that I didn't order. Tried reaching out to support via WhatsApp, email, website and twitter, all to no avail. Been 5+ days since trying to reach out, but no response from company.

Everything went wrong I've ordered 8 products in sale and every product is different and damaged I would not recommend wowskin this company is doomed

I used Shea Butter and Cocoa Butter With Lactic Acid Body Lotion - 400 ml
its toot thick , too much / strong fragrances , non hypo allergic (I got allergy during uses)

I used Ubtan Body Wash with Chickpea Flour, Almond Extract, Saffron & Turmeric Extracts - 250 ml
it is for female but mentioned in back with small font .
must mention with bold and font of it

I bought 4 products from WOW and the big problem with the products is close to expiry.They sending very old products to the customers the 4 products I got are MFG 2022 and will expire this year. They won't provide exchange even if it's 2 year old product and will ghost you after you contact support.So better avoid buying from WOW.

I had a great experience with their products.
I have used their onion-based oil and shampoo for the last two months. So far, I am happy with the result. Very impressive. But I would like to recommend reducing the price. I know it's natural, but still, it's very high for a few.

Amazing natural products and great costumer service.

I use the wow skin science shampoo and conditioner and it's some awesome hair stuff. Since I've started using it my hair has grown and is so shiny and soft! I will not use any other kind of shampoo and conditioner now since using their products.
