Promised 3-4 weeks installation. Actual was 3 months. Only 1 battery out of 4 working for first 2 weeks. Promised "seamless blackout protection", at first blackout in 26/3/26 it did not work. Discovered in 26/5/26 that neccessary switches and cabling had not been installed. Owner and Sales manager refuse to admit problem. Also no smoke detector as promised. Its a solid NO from me.
