My Christmas gift arrived way over a month after the event, the quality was no comparison to what was shown on their website. I wanted to leave zero star but to leave a review it doesn’t allow this, it would have been a minus figure. Their post sales service via e-Mail is equally as bad. I would not advise anyone to order goods from this website.

DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SELLER. They provide inferior goods, when you ask for a refund there is a problem. I paid to return my item from Australia and have just had it returned stamped too late for a refund even though I posted it immediately on arrival, in August 2019. On sending an email to find out what was happening I was told no refund because it took too long to get there, so I have paid for the goods plus postage and have useless items.
Then they said just drop them an email if I had a problem- their poor service is my problem.

Don't touch these guys! I brought a "linen" shirt. It is very thin (to the point of almost see through) polyester/cotton blend with so much polyester in it that it is so super static. I tried to return a shirt from the same order and they offered me $2 if I'd keep it initially. It cost me $20 to return it. It sat in China in Customs for 3 months and then was returned to me unopened. Save your money! Go elsewhere!!!

If I could rate them zero then that's what I would have. My worst experience ever. Placed an order back in June with the belief that they are american based. Spent an absolute fortune only to receive my order in bribs and grabs but was initially told 3 to 5 business days and am still awaiting an item.
They are based in China and the quality of the garments received were disgusting. The fabric wasn't what was on the description on the garment on the website and is very poorly made.
I am currently trying to get s refund for my non delivered item but am having difficulty. DEFINITELY DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE...THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF...

They take your money but don't have the item you bought. Several weeks later they didn't know if/when they would get it so I requested a refund. A week later they refunded only the cost of the item, not the price I paid which included shipping. I gave 2 stars because at least they responded to my emails and eventually gave me back all my money.

Beware stay clear from this business. Clothing is cheap material, not as described as the same as in photos. Customer service is terrible, incompetent. They don't know how to communicate clearly, or comprehend the English language. Returned two items and only refunded for one. Many email attempts to resolve, with no success. You will be ripped off!!!
