I received a message saying, "Your order has been canceled. Order ORD-1334 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded." However, I did not request a cancellation. There is no way to contact them, and no information has been provided about my refund. Very disappointing experience.

From placing the order to receiving the parcel, everything was perfect. Website very easy to use and the box was in perfect condition when it arrived and very well presented.
