We’ve reviewed this order and would like to clarify a few points for transparency.
Your order was dispatched on 13 February 2025, and Royal Mail attempted delivery on 15th and 17th of February 2025. As no one was available to receive the parcel, it was held at the local delivery office for collection from 18 February until 8 March. Unfortunately, as it was not collected within the retention period, it was automatically forwarded to the National Returns Centre in line with Royal Mail’s process, as shown in the tracking history.
You contacted us on 18 March to advise that the item had not been received, by which point the parcel had already been returned by Royal Mail due to non-collection.
We’d also like to note that this review has been posted several months after these events took place. While this situation was outside of our control, we are always happy to help customers who contact us directly at the time of an issue.
