Long Shipping Delays Despite Very High Shipping Rates

Bottom line, they take forever to ship out orders and they pad shipping costs.

It has been over two weeks since I placed an order with Wow Wigs and it still hasn't arrived. I placed my order for two wigs and was charged over $17 for shipping, 3-day Priority Mail. The order still had not even shipped out over a week later, so I emailed Wow Wigs to inquire when it would be shipping. They responded quickly, so I'll give them that, and said it would ship out later that day. It is now over two weeks since I placed my order, and it still hasn't arrived. Again, they charged over $17 in shipping charges on two wigs that weigh less than a pound.

I noticed something on the shipping that said Priority Mail Cubic, so I looked that up to find out what that is... It is a cheaper Priority rate for businesses based on measurements (rather than weight) on packages under 20 lbs. So basically Wow Wigs charged me over $17 on a shipment that actually cost them less than $10. And here I am over two weeks later after placing my order and still don't have it. It should have been in my hands less than a week after ordering.

So, if you order from them, just know that despite paying a ridiculously high amount for shipping on lightweight wigs, you will be waiting a good while for Priority which should take only 3-days to get to you.
