Handeled the refund quicky and was taken care of. . all you can wish for with a good tool.

Apperently it was our fault. . .and they still reacted very friendly and nice. So can only say good things about the pluging!

WPStaging is a fantastic plugin. The church that I work for decided that it was time to refresh our website over the summer of 2025. I was using one of the themes provided through Church Themes and we decided to switch themes within their platform. I reached out to them to find out the best way to clone the current site and start with a different theme from their package and they recommended WPStaging.

I started working with the free version of WPStaging and realized that this was the way to go and upgraded to the Pro version. I not only updated the theme, but I made content changes, menu changes and other things on the staging site. I reached out to the WPStaging team on several occasions for assistance with backups and guidance/reassurance that I was on the right track for pushing database tables and other things before I did the final push. I am not technical and they recognized that and advised me on things to do and not do before the final push. I did the final push on Friday, February 27, 2026 and couldn’t be happier with the end result! The push was faster than I thought it would be because my site utilizes a lot of media and is fairly large. I had to reactivate some of my licenses, which I expected, refresh my permalinks and purge the cache files and everything works perfectly. I have a Members Only section on my site that requires a username and password as well as 2FA and all of that transferred seamlessly.

I worked with Fayyaz, Alaa, and Tapan and they are outstanding. They follow up promptly and provide great support along with links to detailed documentation. I would highly recommend WPStaging and their team.

I love the available documentation WP Staging has online.
After a painful account recovery process with a hosting service that took a couple days doing the same thing over and over, I almost started crying when my WP login didn't work for my staging site.
WP Staging had an easy to find document ready and waiting. Looking through their other documents it looks like they see what their customers go through and put out help where we can find it. Their support line answered quickly as well but I didn't need their help, was just saying thank you.

Exceptional Action: Rene, the CEO and business owner, made a call to override their cancellation refund policy when I'd been autorenewed (through my mistake) and needed to cancel the same day my autorenewal took place.

I discovered I can only publish to production by paying, after I invested so much time to set up the site. I hate this kind of conversion model where my time is taken hostage and would rather have a freemium or pay up front model. Also what is it with only yearly models? What is it? Pay 89 bucks or f of? Give me at least an out for 20 i only need it once

We have been working with WP Staging for many years, as we have different editors with varying skill levels in WordPress.
Recently, we encountered an issue with staging links appearing on the live product site.

Very happy when I found this solution as I needed to migrate an in house client report platform rife with ACF custom fields and some intake feed plugins, while keeping existing system in place and build out the new version with realtime data to make sure it all worked. This proved the perfect solution, allowing me to build new reporting in WordPress, with different theme, different plugins, different graphics, etc., push current reports to test tweaks, then push the fully completed version to live and then clean up with zero issues or corruptions. Only needed support once, and got it quickly and example solution without any "you're stupid" drama of some companies (!). All said, completely useful and priceless. I'm now starting on redo of a 20 year old news portal, and have total confidence this will help me get the job done! :)

WP Staging is one of the plugins to use out there for WordPress. You will get an really great tool and really great support. This two things are the most imporant things i can imagine of and WP STAGING does a really great job to create happy users. I can recommend WP STANGING because it solves your issues with great support.
