Worst experience
Worst experience. The hosting is fast, but you are locked into WP Engine. You do not get access to the necessary credentials, which makes it impossible to migrate your site to another hosting provider.

I hired the WRONG WEB development team. But WP really helped me get everything re-set up and humming again. It was after hours in South Africa and i saw a major problem with our webpage whereby my Website Manager was not available. Instead of stressing, i logged onto my WPEngine support page and chatted with an agent who got to the route of the problem.
The reason i stick with WPEngine is that the service is outstanding no matter time of day. Even if the staff dont always where the route of the problem is they put your mind at ease and find a way to resolve it.
11/10 for suppot and service which is unusual to come by.
