Needed a PDF invoice plugin with free layout option
We were using a different WooCommerce plugin to create PDF invoices for our customers, but it was very restrictive and eventually found we just couldn't add what we needed to the invoice. Found this plugin from WPFactory which does exactly what we need. I also needed a little bit of support to get it working exactly the way we wanted, and Support gave me the exact code that I needed to use. So great I bought the full suite of plugins!

I wanted to make some adjustments to the shipping methods in my webshop. But couldn't find a suitable plugin for that. So I asked if WP Factory knew a solution.
I got a quick response, suggesting another plugin. And if that didn't work, Omar even wrote a piece of code especially for my problem and sent it along with me that I could paste into my site. I am still puzzling to get the processing of shipping methods exactly as I want. I'll definitely keep in touch with WP Factory if I have more questions.

I’ve worked with WPFactory plugins across several WooCommerce stores, and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. Each plugin focuses on solving a specific problem—no bloated all-in-one tools, just clean and modular features that integrate perfectly with WooCommerce.
Performance has been excellent, even on high-traffic sites. Setup is straightforward, the admin UI is clean, and everything works as expected. Support has also been great—quick responses and practical solutions whenever I had questions.
Pricing is very fair, especially compared to bigger plugin vendors. The plugins deliver real value, and updates are frequent enough to keep compatibility solid. If I had one suggestion, it would be to improve the organization of the documentation, but overall the experience has been fantastic.
