I've had my parcel stolen and they were kind enough to send out another one which I did end up receiving thanks a lot everybody!

Ive had a few problems with a order getting lost, but Edward from WPL RC has been nothing helpful and supportive through this. He has helped me so much with my problem and has sacrificed his profit, to make sure that I got a replacement for the lost order, and done everything to make sure I was happy with the replacement and customer service.

I received a faulty item and Liam had a new one on the way in about 48 hours!!

Edward and Liam provide top notch customer service, and very good communication. I contacted them with help ordering some parts. They were diligent in assisting me with the online ordering glitch I was having. They fixed the problem, and then I requested one of the newer BC V2 ESC Receiver board, I noticed it wasn't available. Edward was able to look into ordering some so I could also order this item. On top of that, they stand by their product, and they will take care of you. You will not find a better place to get upgrades and replacement parts for a reasonable price.

WPL is definitely one of my Top RC companies! Their price to value ratio is unbeatable I have bought four different Rc cars (all rtr) and had no issues whatsoever, they all run fine, I even upgraded my b36 with the metal axle kit! I'm just in love with the products! The support is great as well, I had a faulty Winch sent to me that wouldn't turn and WPL sent me a replacement right away! Top Notch RC Store right here!

Promised me and charged me for a ww2 grade box on my b36 then when it came damaged they admited they actually don't package their big (more expensive) models in those packages. It's false advertising and greed. They claim to be too small of a company to refund me for what they know they caused and charged me for.

I order a D22-RTR on January 24, 2025. My credit card was charged $71.90 in US dollars. I am in Canada so the credit card company applies an exchange rate. Once shipped there was a tracking number and after some time it said it was delivered on February 14. But it was never delivered. I contacted the company and they looked into it and said it was delivered. Checking my Amazon deliveries unnoticed a small plastic bag and when I checked it, it was from WPL. They sent a small pack of steering upgrade parts. Something completely different and 100 times smaller than a box for the D22-RTR. They had no explanation as to how such a mistake could occur, except that they were rushing shipments and packing trying to catch up from the Chinese New Year backlog. Their initial resolution was to simply offer a refund. Since I want the truck, not a refund I asked for the truck. Due to it being out of stock with no known date to be available there was much I could do. I was unhappy with a refund given that as they charge US dollars, and refund to my credit card would be converted and I would lose money. But I had no choice. The refund did go through but I ended up losing a little more than $8 due to the conversion rates. Not a lot of money but my money nonetheless the less for a product that I never received, and all due to their error. Although they attempted to provide customer service, they never offered to send a different model, or anything like that. Their first response was “sorry. We will give you a refund”. I will not order from them again due to the lack of QA/QC and poor customer service to resolve an obvious error on their end.

I've ordered a metal kit. The shipping was quick and the build is a lot of fun. The parts fit together and the endresult looks great, but the instructions are sometimes a bit tricky. The price to performance ratio is extraordinary.

WPL offers great sercice! My kit unfortunately was missing a part group. No worries, after contacting the support they send me the parts for free. Missing parts in kits can happen sometimes even with expensive brands. Good service is key.

From Scale to what ever you are into. WPL is a business that you can talk to, and actually Get a great response with anything you need. I have great respect

These guys are awesome! If there's an issue with your order they will work to make it right with replacement, refund, or discount. They also don't just sell the trucks, they're also fans of the hobby, so it's like doing business with a friend. Highly recommend!

I've been buying these RC's for about 5yrs now. There great for the money. Great detail. I've got metal kits and RTR's. Never been disappointed. Couple broken parts along the way but they have all the replacement parts listed and they're easy to replace. Affordable! I have an 8yr old who loves these things as well. He enjoys working on/building them with me. And Edward is great. He's always been quick to reply with answers and tips. Highly recommend

Just received my D62. Another good looking model. This one the VW. It looks exactly like my first car, that's why I bought it. For the price, there is no better detailed RC car. It's so cool that the headlights are a yellow shade, and actually look like the dim 6 volt lights they were! This is my 3rd WPL(I know this is a CXD), and I am just as happy as when I got my D63, Which was my favorite so far. The customer service and communication from WPL is probably the best of all the Chinese companies I deal with. When it comes right down to it, the customer service is WAAAY better than Horizon Hobby in the US, where I make most of my other purchases.

I got to say, they are really taking care of their customer. Edward is the epitome of excellence, and it has been a very pleasant experience dealing with him. 10/10 would buy again frfr no cap.

I bought a C44KM last year, thinking I would have enough down time to start a new hobby as a new dad, how wrong I was.

The kit arrived promptly and was well-packaged, ensuring all components were intact. The instructions provided were clear and detailed, making the initial stages of assembly straightforward. However, as I progressed, I encountered some challenges with fitting certain parts together but not a show stopper.

In one of the sleepless nights I decided to have a spin in the electronics and fried the receiver board.

I have had nothing but a positive experience with WPL. Order directly from their website and you will not be disappointed with the excellent after sales service. If you're expecting QC standards of a product that costs 4 times the price then you will be disappointed. For a product in this price class I think the quality and after sales service exceeded my expectations. I've had some issues which have always been dealt with quickly and to a very high
standard by wpl. Would highly recommend and will continue to buy products from wpl in the future.
