Ignore their responses on Trust pilot. THEY DO NOT reply to support questions, and claim they have not received any emails from you.
They are scammers

Canned responses telling LIES. They are NOT updating plugins and DO NOT reply to support questions. Look at their responses they say they are updating plugins daily and can not find your question in their system LIES. I have 2 current support questions in my yearly subscription account with them. 1st question sent 31/05/2024 and they still have not replied. These guys are thieves DO NOT USE. Regarding your reply. If you bothered reading your support tickets you could clearly see what plugins are notupdated

Recently renewed my 1 year plan and now they aren't updating plugins or replying to emails. DO NOT PURCHASE from these thieves. They take your money and don't provide the service you pay for

I purchased a one-year plan last year, and for the first few months, the plugins worked well and the support was responsive. However, for the past few months, the plugins have NOT BEEN working, they are no longer being updated, and support has not responded at all.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE!

There is no support and some of the plugins don't work. stay away from this website. It's become a scam now.

Stay away from this website, they will take your money and you will have no support( they don't respond to anything even installation issues) at all, they even took 3 months to respond to this message here on trustpilot.

I recently had the pleasure of using WP Nova's services, and I must say I am thoroughly impressed. Their dedication to providing top-notch support and consistently updating their plugin has truly set them apart.

I bought several plugins from them. It seems everything is working but to install some of the plugins assistance was needed. Support answered fast, except for the last case. And now I am stuck - they are not responding either on the support ticket or on the "contact us" form.

After my very bad review (check after)...I get a answer and a solution to solve my problem.

Honnestly I was afraid with WP NOVA concept...but it seems to be ok.
Harry, my support contact, did everything possible to help me.
So you can order plugins or templates with WP NOVA but dont expect any fast support and be patient ;-) !

I ordered Slider Revolution...no problem to instal the pluin but error with the licence key and impossible to add or install the addons and templates !

3 tickets but no answer !

Bad idea to order something on Wpnova !
It seems to be cheap and a good deal but as it's useless it's really too expensive and a bad deal !

Up to date downloads make all the difference.

Last week I purchased a plug-in, and I added a monthly subscription. 3 times I tried installing Yoast Seo Premium plugin. Each time I get a warning to deactivate the plugin, other plugins arent working correctly. They told me the issues have to be on my end. They've had no issues or complaints. They refused refund, but did offer another download link for me to try. After I uninstalled all my current Yoast plugins. Is this new link to the 100% genuine, straight from the developer version I asked. I had to cancel my subscription in order for my CC to be released. Which conveniently voided my entire case. Youst SEO Premium should work with Yoast Free version, yes?
