Just incredible support.. resolved!
Just incredible support... more than support really. We rely on Toolbox for Woocommerce Subscription to make our physical subscriptions supportable. But there was a problem with another plugin that was causing headaches. Alexandre with the Shop Plugins support team was persistent in resolving the problem even working with the other plugin's support. Great plugin with great support!!!

Great product and excellent customer support
We purchased the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips Professional for a client. This is a great product as works as advertised (I've always the free version). But after purchasing the pro version, we ran into some issues after installation. I contacted the customer care team, who identified the source of the problem and directed us how to resolve the issue. Overall, it has been a great experience. Thanks for all your help WPOvernight.
