Great alternative to MS Office
I've been using WPS Office for the last 9 years or so (previously MS Office 97) - no regrets, a perfect upgrade. I only make use of word processor and spreadsheet programs - so cant comment on other tools in the suite.

I don't use Word processing or Spreadsheets very often so to be able to use WPS is greatly appreciated. It can do a lot of things that I never use, because I only have basic needs.
I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to use Microsoft software. It's just as good.

They could be more honest in informing the potential user
I don't like companies that try to "push" their products to an unwary user (I'm guilty here, but I only have two eyes after all) and then charge an annual subscription, which is also recurring, without any prior visible notice. I uninstalled the app and thought that was it, but apparently it wasn't. I understand that it is a problem to process all requests, but I think that titles like "refund request" _should_ have priority. And my request was obviously not prioritized in processing. Please don't tell me there are so many refund requests.

Stick with Microsoft or Google
This could be better than either Google or Microsoft's paid products. Their UI is beautiful. However, the constant popups to purchase their full version and watermarks on all exports ruin their product. Not to mentioned it is developed by Zhuhai, a Chinese software developer.

I have zero trust as to their introduction offer that invokes an auto renew cancellation is impossible. All I recieve from them is a wall of noreply email addresses
Danger Danger !!!! This is a quasi-criminal enterprise funnel designed to make it as difficult as possible to cancel the free trial period that only offers "no reply email addresses" to those who wish to cancel after "promising" help with cancelation on their site and citing complicated conflicted warnings about requiring deletion of all WPS office files and then warning about the inability of cancellation if you delete the files. Not one response to my pleas for cancellation help!
