today I had a new issue. In WPS writer it stopped showing me my writing. I have to press space or enter to see what I have written
The AI deepseek suggested to delete the cache. I was very surprised to learn. In settings > apps> apps= is no WPS/
As I said many times before, you only get a start because I have to.

Will not uninstall without admin pw and will automatically assign itself to open every filetype. Very intrusive and sketchy.

I mistook a pop up offer as yearly upgrade to my current subscription and paid for a full year. Turned out to be some AI subscription which i don’t need. Then i asked for a refund and cancellation and got told No. This is something i’ll never use, it’s like throwing away money for no reason. So i’m definitely done using this. The thing is slow anyways.

I’ve been trying to call every WPS number just to change the way I want to pay my account and nobody ever answers you just get recordings. Very frustrating.

Very bad replacement for microsoft office and especially power point as many previous presentations are not compatible with wps and there are many errors. Useles.
But the wors thing about wps office is that they force windows to automaticly make wps a dafault program. Whenever I make MS offoce a default the wps change it !!!

Does not let me unsubscribe. Deceptively leads me to Microsoft and asks to delete apps from there. When contacting support office, If I write unsubscribe it gives me error message but if I write anything else it goes through. Very deceptive and unethical.

Bought WPS Pro by mistake and canceled immediately within 24 hours. I sent multiple refund requests and haven’t received any reply for 5 days. Very disappointed in customer service.

I signed up for the free trial of WPS expecting to test the app before committing to a subscription. However, I was surprised to see that I was charged immediately without any grace period. This defeats the whole purpose of a “trial” and feels misleading.

The app itself has good features, but this kind of billing practice seriously affects trust. If the trial is not actually free, it should be clearly stated upfront. I’ve already contacted support for a refund. Be careful and double-check before you subscribe.

I subscribed to the program and it was written in the offer that I have a three-day free trial and during that period I can cancel.. Using the program was difficult for me so I canceled the subscription during the free trial period. But I was surprised that the full amount was deducted from my personal account and I tried to contact the technical support service but they explained to me that the subscription was completed and the amount was deducted from my account and the amount cannot be returned even if I cancel the subscription during the free trial period. I believe this is fraud and forgery.

Program aggressively forces itself as default app. When you change the default apps back, it somehow overrides your choices when you next install. Then it's really hard to uninstall. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I had it on my new laptop with Windows 11 for less than half an hour when I discovered that my File Explorer preview pane stopped working when it was installed. I uninstalled WPS Office/PDF and got my previews back. It took me all of 15 hours on a Sunday including a three hour assistance call from Microsoft to figure out what was causing the problem. If you use your File Explorer preview pane, then avoid this product like the plague. I've now lost £33 as they don't refund, even when it's their product that's faulty.

WPS Office is the only office suite I need. I’ve stopped using all others. It covers everything — from writing to data management and professional slide creation.

I like the product very much and purchased the upgrade to WPS pro. I have recently bought a new pc and can get WPS on it, but I can't transfer Pro across. If it was not for this I would have given it a 5 star review. I tried the support FB page but my posts just vanish.

WPS Office wont let me save my document. It kept trying to make me subscribe to their monthly service.

Very bad experience.
I made the mistake to install it.
It's not helping me at all.
BUT! They keep sending me emails even after unsubscribing twice.
Disgusting.
