Do not buy Sage AI Chatbots & Content Writer!
I purchased a 3 license copy of Sage AI Chatbots & Content Writer for my websites and had nothing but issues.
First, the automatically generated license code was not recognised so the plugin could not be used on any websites. This was resolved after a few days of waiting for the support to reply.
Then the plugin itself would not work, it was giving errors when trying to create content. After more wasted days of waiting for support, they asked for access to my website but told me I needed to disable all my security tools! I waited for several days and it was still not fixed, the support hadn't even accessed my website and I activated my security plugins again. About two more days later the support said they were unable to access my website due to the security plugins.
This had gone on far too long and it took the support days to answer. I said I wanted a refund as the support was far too slow and the Sage AI Chatbots & Content Writer plugin did not work for me.
They agreed after a few days and said I would be refunded within 7 days. This did not happen and I currently have emails requesting a refund unanswered and a PayPal dispute ongoing to recover my lost money.
I would avoid this developer like the plague do to poor coding skills, lack of support and the fact they ask you to leave your website insecure for them to work!
