The standard schema markup package is excellent. The custom markup fills the gaps and is also excellent. An opportunity for improvement is instructions on how to use the custom markup. Overall a great product.

Support is sxcellent. We had a rough start in getting the administration role permissions set up but great support after that. Excellent product and technical knowledge, quick response.

my subscription end on MAR 17, 2025. I figured that i paid early in case i forget, so i renewed on MAR 13, but unfortunately, schema pro still keep charging my credit card, i mean, if i initially renewed, shcema pro shouldn't keep charging, but it kept trying to charge, i already locked my credit card, but i have other bill pay by this same credit, now i sent many emails to schema pro to fix this, they did not reply me long time, this is urgent issue, but i just did not get any reply, i have to keep locking my credit card and leave other bill unpaid, this is very disappointment. i will provide more email and account screenshot as evidence as attachment
