I was regular customer

I was regular customer . I always shop in low or very low fat section as my dog got health problems and is heavily medicated.
After December shortage I finally managed to order lilkys favourite duck strips . To my surprise ( after delayed and lost parcel) when I open box strips were golden ligh in colour not usual dark brown and very crumbly. Normally I had to use a bit pressure to snap . She had few strips but after that my dog got very unwell. She couldn't settle at night and morning as soon we left house she had terrible tummy issues. I actually had to rush home as she was running in panic from door to window. I could see on my ring cameras. She had severe diarrhoea with slime really bad . Just to add she is very regular dog. On strict diet,doesnt eat anything on street while walking . Few days later she is still not back to herself . Strips got greasy feel when im touching it . I reported it to seller. Reply was moisture can very . Water doesnt affect liver and pancreas, fat does. Company avoiding further conversations and obviously doesnt want to refund money . Im actually looking for independent lab to sample test in case I have to send them vet bill.

Great product. Okay packaging.

So, judging by people's review it does seem to be mixed.

I've used these on a few occasions now and so far, my general experiences has been very good but with a couple of niggles.

The selection and prices are generally really good, though it does seem as though they fall out of stock on a fair amount of items which can be disappointing. We've tried a few things of 100g to see if our dog liked the item, and then ordered much more in weight which actually was very reasonable.

The couple of niggles is that packaging does tend to be torn or open when we receive it. Now, it's possible that some of this is the courier. They use APC, who I've never had a good time with in terms of the condition of my packages (I might just be unlucky). It's also possible that there isn't a lot of care and attention to packaging the goods either, which is where my one star is coming off.

Our dogs loves the stuff we buy for him, and if he likes it, then there is a thumbs up from us

Don't like anyone saying anything bad

My first delivery scheduled for a Friday and had to sign for it did not arrive and so after the second day of waiting I sent an email to the company expressing my disappointment. It arrived on the Tuesday. I have since ordered another £50 worth and it was immediately cancelled so clearly this company decide anyone who expresses concerns gets deemed as Fraud - even though you pay upfront. Terrible services when I called they were rude. Plenty of other places to buy from.

I was absolutely dreading my order…

I was absolutely dreading my order arriving after checking Trustpilot, but I’m so glad I stuck with it! The rabbit ears came, and what a bargain — exact weight as ordered and super speedy delivery. Thanks again!

JUST EXCELLENT.

JUST EXCELLENT.
I've been a customer for a few years now and I cannot fault them at all. The XL Iberian pigs ears are huge and my dogs love them. Ordering is a doddle and delivery is one of THE quickest ever. My latest delivery of 50 XL Iberian pigs ears arrived within 24 hours of ordering. Top class.

Don't waste your time terrible customer service - send wrong items

This is one of those "should have checked here before ordering" reviews.

Placed a large order for my numerous pets and one of the items was sent wrong - 300g bag rather than 500g. Sent what I thought was an ironic message saying me dogs were disappointed I'd been short changed - the response was "Accusing us of short changing you is an unusual way of notifying us that you received an incorrect item, but it's easily rectified and the difference in price will be refunded." Whilst some may think that's ok, it's actually - I had asked to be sent the correct item as I'd paid for it, there is no offer of a customer-considered resolution, there is no kindness in the response, no apology for their error...... As I've advised, I'll take my business elsewhere. Clearly this business don't need any customers, judging by the reviews, they don't care!

SHOCKING!! Absolutely terrible after sales…

Absolutely terrible after sales experience. The worst I have ever experienced. If they advise you they’ll get back to you, don’t believe them, because it won’t happen. Totally dismissive unhelpful behaviour, couldn’t give two hoots about the customer. I’never buy from this company.

Customer Service Let down – Blame Over Solutions

Ordered a small parcel of pet food which unexpectedly required a signature — not mentioned until after checkout. Delivery options were poor and intrusive, with no flexibility. When I raised concerns, the company were dismissive and unhelpful, showing no interest in resolving the issue or taking responsibility. Clearly, all that mattered to them was shifting the blame back to the customer.

Once they have your money, they don’t seem to care. A shame, as I spend several hundred pounds a month with other companies and would have been happy to switch to WPS. All I can assume is that they don’t need the business — or their staff need to be trained in customer service.

Very poor experience

Very poor experience. Ordered spending over £50 for free delivery to find a £9.99 surcharge applied. Sent a polite email asking who they use (we are on Isle of wight) as most couriers do not charge extra for here - got sent back a one line email with a link to map showing UK and postal costs by region - Isle of Wight not even on their map! No wonder they charge extra if they don't even know we exist!
Very easy to find a company who deliver for no additional cost here - JR Pet Products and all other pet firms we have bought from before don't charge a surcharge - so will go back to them

By far the best pet shop I have found…

By far the best pet shop I have found on the UK Market for my dog. The dog has allergies so can only have certain chews and they go above and beyond to make sure I have access and notifications when new shipments arrive. The loyalty programme they run is easy to understand and fast to achieve promotional discounts, shipping is quick and tracking numbers are sent. You and your pet wont be beaten in finding a better service, friendly staff and great quality products. specific thanks has to also go to Steve for his customer service.
