After updating the plugin, the Brevo add-on stopped working and caused a 500 error. I contacted support, and their response was extremely fast, professional, and knowledgeable. They quickly investigated the issue, asked for the necessary details, and provided me with an updated version of the Brevo plugin, which completely resolved the problem.

We run a website that features the best Christmas Lighting Displays throughout the State. We needed a convenient way for users to sign up and create an account, but we need to screen them for approval. It has worked out great. We are notified of all new users, pending approval.

We especially like that the users create their own account saving us time. We can also export the list of users for newsletters.

Support is good, but it may take a couple days.

Truly the best plugin on Wordpress for user registration and membership features. It is constantly developed and improved and even user feedback gets integrated. They have an outstanding service that reacts quickly and is very kind and helpful with all kinds of feature requests or help in using it.
Not to mention the huge amount of useful add-ons and possibilities to configure and customize the plugin. Our very peculiar requirements could all be implemented and I always find another feature or option that is very helpful.
