Gone downhill fast and sadly no better alternative in Uk for taste.
Massive shame but multiple issues, lost orders, delays and flavour changes plus now almost nothing in stock means I’m desperate for an alternative (sneak ks vile and others arent uk based).
Huge shame as the product, before the messed with it, was amazing.

Sadly, until they improve or undo a lot of errors from, the last couple years, I’d strongly advise to avoid them

I first tried Wraith in 2024 but life got in the way and I ended up trying other brands for over a year. I came back recently and honestly, I’m impressed.

Shipping is super fast and reliable. If there’s ever an issue, their support sorts it quickly had to email about a shaker once and it was resolved without any hassle. I just placed an order over New Year and it arrived fast, plus they even threw in a cool little bag.

Pricing is really good, and the taste is spot on. Unlike some other brands, it’s not chalky and mixes well.

Constructively, I’d say maybe offer more variety in flavours or bundle deals, but overall Wraith is doing really well at what they focus on: quality product, fast shipping, and good customer service.

Got the trial pack and really liked some flavors! There was also a free shaker in a pack, so it's even better. I usually drink monster, but Wraith is so much cheaper and has some funny flavors. I personally like to add more water and it's the perfect flavor for me. Ordered more (sour apple my beloved)

Ordered item 28/11/2025, asked for an update on the item mid December due to not receiving it. Got an email in a few minutes saying the item is still expected to come and there is delays etc. Its January hand i'm having to dispute my order total with Paypal as wraith are not responding to my emails and there is no progress with my order. Awful service.

Purchased voodoo grape energy and a red shaker. Red shaker was great but the Voodoo grape flavour and consistency is just awful.

Won't be ordering again

I'm new to Wraith but I absolutely love their product. I have tried several companies and just didn't like their product that much, saw advert for wraith and thought I would try it. I ordered the bundle to check them out and fell in love with the wraith grape flavour. I ordered some more about £20 worth of the grape flavour as it's incredible and added a note to sell the tubs again. To my surprise today they sent me the tub instead of the sachets, which is a huge upgrade for what I spent. Thanks Wraith your the best!

Cheaper than other brands of the same drinks and they taste amazing! Personally recommend the “what the duck” flavour it tastes like raspberry cloudy lemonade to me really tasty! Their shakers are cool too and mix the the powders in really well!

The choice of flavours is great, the website is nice and easy to use, delivery quick and everything packaged well.
The powders themselves taste amazing dissolve very easily and taste great! I really enjoyed feeling a boost and not crashing from sugar. I was thag pleased I went back and ordered three hydration pouches. 100% recommend using wraith

I recently ordered the taster bundle so I could try a lot of the flavours before purchasing a tub, and I couldn't find one I didn't enjoy. Afterwards I decided to order a tub of the cult cola as I've always been a fan of cola bottles, and I personally enjoy the taste. I've not really tried the alternatives so I can't compare, but I'm happy with my choice to try Wraith. It is now a part of my morning routine to keep me going throughout the working day.

I have tried several different energy drinks and this one is by far the best I've had. All the energy and boost you need without the crash I experienced with some others. Great variety of flavours and I am yet to find one I don't like. Quick delivery and a great product. 10/10 would recommend.

I ordered from wraith energy due to my normal brand of energy drink always having out of stock flavours and wraith being cheaper. The flavours are okay even though they don’t all have a description of the actual flavour (like gamer bath water) but sadly I found them to be very powdery no matter the amount of mixing. I think I shall stick to the other brand.

Made an order 24th of August, it's now 7th of October and I still havent received anything, shipping says 4-7 work day on their website, was told by costumer service, that it could take 10-12 work days... they said it was shipped 5th of September, so almost 2 weeks after order, so with max of the said 12 days, is still 2 weeks ago. So, so fare my order is on 7th week...

I was really hoping to find a long-term alternative to energy drinks and decided to try this company for the first time. Unfortunately, the experience left me quite disappointed.

I ordered the Mega Bundle—paid for two, but only received one. When I reached out to customer service a few days later, I was asked to provide photos of the packaging and contents. By that time, I had already thrown everything away, so I simply sent a photo of what I did receive. They assured me a replacement would be sent out, but to this day, I haven’t received anything.

As for the product itself, I tried the Cult Cola Hydration flavour. To me, it tasted like a cheap flat cola and wasn’t enjoyable at all.

This was my first time ordering and I had high hopes of replacing energy drinks with something better, but after this experience, I’ll be looking for an alternative elsewhere. Poor customer service and a product that didn’t deliver on taste—unfortunately not a company I can recommend.

As a frequent Sneak drinker I kept seeing this brand advertised as a better alternative. So I ordered the starter bundle to give it a try. Ordered late Thursday last week. 5 days later (3 working days) and still no sign of the order being shipped. Just status as unfulfilled. Not a great sign as a first time buyer. Emailed to cancel the order but judging by other reviews I’ll most likely be ignored.

Recent convert to Wraith Energy!!! This stuff is beautiful. I purchased the trial packs on 07/08/25, after taking these on holiday with me, I ordered more full tubs for returning from holiday. Despite slow delivery issues (Royal Mail not wraith). Today I placed another order and to make up for the last delay time round, I ordered 3 tubs at 8:15am and had a email saying that it was on my doorstep by 10:30 latest. Think that’s the fastest delivery ever….. I’ve had take aways take longer.

Since turning 40 I’ve been on a bit of a health kick, Wraith has replaced my morning Coffee and the daily can of monster or two!!! Feel so much better without the sugar!!!!

Then the flavours…… I can’t decide what I love more. Currently sat with 8 tubs stacked on my desk 🤣
