Fantastic customer service…
Fantastic customer service with precise information over the phone and via phone. Would highly recommend based on that alone. Technician was polite and professional, came and diagnosed our dishwasher issue within 30 seconds. Did an adjustment then taught us how to resolve the issue if it happened again.

I am not very happy
I am not very happy - 1st my cooker is NOT electric - 2nd I have not had any repairs done.
When the engineer originally turned up he explained it needed parts, OK.
When the quote came through it eas to cover the 4 burners so I accepted
When the engineer came to fit these he could NOT go ahead as he did not have the correct screwdriver.
The next thing I know I am being asked to pay for YET MORE parts, which had not been explained to me.
I am trying to get a refund but am told I am not allowed.
With what I have already paid and what the second payment would be I can by another cooker.

SMEG gas oven not working
I contacted WeRepair on a recommendation from SMEG UK. My appliance is a gas dual fuel, so I needed a Gas Safe qualified engineer.
Online payment for an engineer visit was seamless and at a very fair price.
I was booked in for a visit a few days later.
Bart turned up and within minutes he had diagnosed the problem with my oven consistently losing its burner flame.
Later WeRepair contacted me with an invoice for the part needed, which was very reasonable. Once I paid I was booked on for a return visit.
Bart turned up again very promptly and fitted the part within 20 minutes!
I was seriously impressed with WeRepair’s system and with Bart’s professionalism and skill.
My oven is now working again and my wife and I are very pleased.
