Great service, petty result
I ordered 2 customised jackets from Wray Bros Ltd. The agent I spoke to was fantastic, communication 10/10. The pricing was reasonable. My order was complicated but they did successfully produce and deliver the 2 jackets.
Unfortunately, after seeing them, they made a mistake and I was dissatisfied with the result. So they refunded me. Awesome.
BUT, when I went to reorder a much simpler design, because I am confident with this company, the manager DENIED my order, stating they are no longer comfortable making custom garments for me, but will happily sell me blanks?!
This is EXTREMELY unprofessional and petty. To deny a paying customer an order is unacceptable. For this alone, 2/5 overall.

When you requested a second custom order, we carefully reviewed the request. As a company that produces custom garments, we sometimes have to make difficult decisions regarding orders that carry a higher risk of errors. Due to the distance involved, a local supplier might be better placed to handle exact logo placement and customisation, as being on-site would allow for precise adjustments. We also offered to provide the art worked logos free of charge so you could work with a local provider if preferred.
After reviewing the details of your requested redesign and requirements, we determined that we could not safely take on the order ourselves. This decision was made purely to ensure quality and protect both parties. We appreciate your understanding that custom work involves shared responsibility and risk, and we remain committed to delivering excellent service and products to all of our customers.

Can't fault the service
I have been a customer of Wray for many a long year and have to say that I have never received bad service. I think if I asked for a stepladder to paint a skirting board they would try to source it even if they did not have one available.
Holly has come to the party yet again and sourced PPE that has been difficult (and pricey) to get hold of and I now have a (relatively) happy workforce.

Coming from an industrial background, I know you can't beat the real McCoy so I ordered a decent mop handle and a couple of mop heads, a floor squeegee and left it at that, for now. For the price of an ineffective, cheap and nasty supermarket mop, you can buy something decent from Wray's. It does a better job in half the time. Next on the list is a better bucket and a deck scrubber to get the bloody floor tiles clean. I'll be back in the near future for more stuff, I promise.
