Although I didn't need this service in the end as my Covid pass letter arrived in the post in time. I would like to say that the help I received in answering my queries and booking an appointment were excellent. I was disappointed that I couldn't contact anyone to cancel my appointment but I did manage to send an e mail, hope it was received.
