The website was very easy to navigate. All the products look very attractive. The price for the blouses was very affordable.

The clothing is beautiful. It was easy to input my information. Once I have the product in hand, I will most likely purchase again from Wrenoin.

My wife originally ordered the goods in November 2025. When they arrived they were not as advertised, but instead appeared to be cheap printed jumpers and clearly not what had been offered. We immediately requested a return and a full refund.

Since then, I have sent well over 200 emails chasing this matter and we are now in March 2026 with still no refund – only repeated excuses.

Being told that your company account is frozen due to internal financial issues is not an acceptable reason for withholding a refund that has been owed for over four months. This matter should have been resolved long ago.

Unless the refund is processed immediately and confirmation of payment provided, I will have no option but to escalate this matter further through my bank, the relevant consumer protection authorities, and any other appropriate channels.

Total scam. Product is stamped on nylon. Not at all like website. Wont accept returns.

I loved the look! The times and beauty of the fashions!

The items ordered do not look anything like the items advertised on their website. I started an email to their customer service, providing pictures of the articles bought in comparison with their website items. They keep responding to my emails by stating that they have submitted my inquiry, but that they are not responsible for refunds. Apparently, another department is responsible for this.

This is the kinds of responses i am receiving from them: "Thank you for your picture and specific return reason. We have submitted your return application to relevant departments for further review and inspection. Since the application review process is relatively long and cumbersome, please be patient. In order to save your time, please contact with us after 5-7 days. Wish you have a nice day."
"Dear, still no update from the financial manager. I will keep eyes on your refund and inform you once it finished."
"Dear customer,Sorry to here that.I have tried my best to help you. but you have to know that I am not responsible for the refund process. What I could do is just apply refund for you and wait for the confirmation from relevant departments."

Beautiful products? - ONLY ON THE PICTURES! I was looking forward to delivery - AND TERRIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!
The articles I received had NOTHING in common with the description on the website. Cheap trash instead of lovely women's fashion.
Moreover, I didn't find information about shipping address and cost should I need to return an article. Most probably I'll never get any refund. 3 T-Shirts of probably synthetic materials with bad photo-print instead of embroidery aren't worth one quarter of the money they took from me. DON'T BUY THERE!

it was saying that the shipping would be fast, few days, but when I wrote them to know where my package was, they told me it could go up to 20 days for shipping (not receiving.
When I finally received my two Knot Rune Knit Jacquard Warm Turtleneck Sweater. it was finally 2 cheap cotton sweater with a knitted print (design), absolutely nothing attractive and nothing like the pictures on their website. If I could post photos here, I would be very happy to do so. Then, when it came to getting my refund, they gave me the runaround, telling me to write again later, that they had to forward my email to the manager, etc. and finelly no more answer. I had to call my credit card company, and I don't know what they did, but I received my refund a few days after contacting them.

I ordered a pair of pants for my wife as a gift, the add showed a knitted beautiful item, when it arrived it was just a spandex print, not even close, they have some beautiful clothes in ther adds, but you are not going to get them posted FYI

Customer service was terrible. They were very very slow to respond and when they did they didn’t address my issue. Delivery has taken forever. I ordered several items for a particular upcoming event, but the items still haven’t arrived and it’s weeks after the event and the promised arrival date. I have no use for the items now. No help at all through customer service.

The pictures of the garments are lovely..the detail on them is enhanced through closeup captions..Easy to order..size guide very useful..payment easy via Apple Pay.
