Very straight forward. Looking to receiving my product

impressed with the ordering of and the delivering of them, as it is a worry buying online from an advert especially since ai can be used to fool people in making purchases. I don't yet have the clothes as they were delivered to a family members house as I can't have things delivered to my home. So I look forward to seeing them next week. But I had the parcels opened and Im told they are soft and lovely. My sister and other family members may also order some in the not so distant future, once they see me trying them on.

The items I received did not match anything I ordered. It took forever to arrive and the quality looks like it was made in a third world country.
It arrived with no receipt and there is no way to return the items.

Based on the picture online it looked like a beautiful blouse. Well, the real thing was....just let me say....the cheapest, ugliest thing I've ever received (versus the online photo). My grandmother wouldn't wear it, and my dog would be embarrassed to wear it. Save your money and DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Item ordered was not at all what was delivered. The items photographed in the ad was beautiful blouse and had depth, which is why I ordered it. What I received was a slinky cheap flat nightgown. Upon contracting the company with pix, I was told I'll need to wait 5-7 business days before requesting a return. Huh? What!

I had a very disappointing experience with Wrenoin. The clothing is extremely cheap and looks nothing like the pictures shown on their website. The quality is poor, the materials feel flimsy, and the sizing is completely off. What I received was not even close to what I thought I was ordering.
I strongly recommend being cautious before purchasing from this company. I wish I had read other customer reviews beforehand, as it seems this is a common issue. Save your money and consider shopping elsewhere.

How can this company give its customers such high expectations at such low prices. The truth is it can’t. The picture on their website bore little resemblance to the poor quality item received. When I enquired about returning the item their suggestion was to either keep it or give it to a friend as the cost of return postage is very high. As a gesture of goodwill a 20% discount on my next purchase was offered. I have no intention of buying from this company again.

If there was a zero star, that would be my rating. The item I received was not AT ALL what I ordered. I ordered an "embroidered" lacy shirt and received a polyester printed shirt. LAME!

I like the styles. It would be nice to have a size guide to know for sure that you order the correct size, I'm hoping these fit.

I really like the product. I wish a size chart had been included. Otherwise, it was a great experience.

I loved your vintage peasant tops. The price point was perfect. This is the first time I have bought from your website. Excited to receive them. It was easy to purchase and check out.

The article ordered took about six weeks and was not at all what was advertised. It is cheap, and looks like it was stamped on fabric. And I would never repeat never order anything from this website. I think it’s a scam and it’s very shotty. It’s just their way of getting paid.

⚠️DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE‼️ The items they have sent looks nothing like the pictures on their website. The clothes were made with extremely poor quality materials. None of the clothes fit right and they’re were all cheaply printed materials. Returns and refunds are pretty much impossible and they don’t even provide a return address. I had filed a dispute against the seller, and he/she offered me less than half of what I paid and when I declined, he/she ghosted on me. I will be escalating this issue with PayPal and if needed my credit card company! Lesson learned!

Picture versus what I received was laughable. What I saw was an embroidered, apliqued blouse with gathered sleeves that was waist length. I ordered a small size. What I received was a dress! It's huge. No details: just a flat print. I sent an email to Customer Service and this was the response: "Thank you for your picture and specific return reason. We have submitted your return application to relevant departments for further review and inspection. Since the application review process is relatively long and cumbersome, please be patient. In order to save your time, please contact with us after 5-7 days. Wish you have a nice day." Not sure how that's 'saving me time'. I wish I'd never ordered this product! Don't waste your $ or time!
