Contacted company to let them know packaging was inadequate (padded bubble mailer) and that the item box was severely crushed by the mail handlers (my guess), thus destroying all collectability value. Company customer service did respond saying they would talk to their shipping folks about it.
Rating is based on product condition as it was received.

I'm not angry...but disappointed. A $60 "military watch" should be of far better quality than what I received. What I have here is akin to a leftover from a children's flea market.
You records will reveal that, as a pilot and aviation afficianado, I have made numerous purchases at Wright Brothers over many years. This most recent one defines limits on what I should consider at Wright Bros. Plastic clocks and coasters, fine. Higher end gear? Not so much
