Property in CM17
I never had a such a bad experience with any other agency like with the Wright agency. I did rented couple properties and l always get my deposit back when l once moved out because l looking after the property. I must say that Im very picky about the property and l did find it one on the market which by the way it is still on the market. So l contact the Wright agency and l been told that they will be contacting me. After week l did contact them again and this time l been told that William is dealing with the viewing and he call me back to arrange the viewing. Obviously William did not contact me. I call them couple times and l always been told that they would contact me. I do not understand why they just couldn’t tell me that the property is not available. Obviously they couldn’t because the property is still on the market. I call them once more time and they gave me the same information. William is dealing with the viewing and he definitely will be in touch. Obviously lie after the lies.I just wanted to share my experience that not every agency is doing the right thing.
