From our very first visit Greg made the entire experience of designing and fitting our new kitchen a pleasure. His patience and professionalism stood out immediately. He took the time to really understand our needs and lifestyle, offering us a wide range of thoughtful choices and well-informed suggestions without ever making us feel rushed. His attention to detail and genuine care was clear in every interaction — even going so far as to keep our granddaughter entertained so we could explore the showroom in peace!
The kitchen itself is stunning — both aesthetically and functionally. Every element feels beautifully designed and perfectly placed. It’s a space that not only looks exceptional but works effortlessly for daily life. Storage has been maximised beyond what we thought possible, giving us more space than we ever dreamed of. It’s a joy to cook and live in.
Greg also maintained excellent communication throughout, working closely with the fitter to ensure everything went smoothly. A small piece of damage was spotted and replaced promptly, well before the fitting was completed — just one example of the proactive and conscientious service we received.
